NVMe is a type of SSD — they're the same category. If your PC has an NVMe drive, just select the matching storage size from our dropdown. 'NVMe SSD (M.2)' and 'SSD' are both covered. When in doubt, pick the one that matches your drive's capacity.
We require the PC to power on for a standard quote. That said, text or email us — depending on what you have and what's in it, we may still be interested. We handle non-working units case by case.
After you accept your quote, we email you a prepaid shipping label — UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and item. Always drop off at the carrier shown on your label. Option A: Pack it yourself using any box, drop off at the carrier on your label — cheapest option. Option B: Take your PC to any FedEx Office or UPS Store and have staff pack it for you — packing service availability and price may vary. Either way, we pay all shipping costs.
Minor discrepancy: we email you a revised offer, and you have 48 hours to accept. If you don't, we return the PC at our expense. Major discrepancy: we'll make a revised offer or decline, and if you want it back, return shipping is at your expense. We always contact you before taking any action.
Choose from Venmo, PayPal, ACH bank transfer, or check by mail. Venmo and PayPal are paid within 24 hours of delivery. ACH takes 1–2 business days. Check by mail is sent same day we pay out — allow 3–5 days for delivery.

Yes — for 14 days from the date issued. GPU market prices can fluctuate, but your quote does not change during that window. The only exception is a significant condition discrepancy, and even then we always contact you first.
