2. Products

All jewelry sold on this site is 925 sterling silver as described on each product listing. Product photos are representative; minor variations in finish may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct pricing errors at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order through this site is a request to purchase. We will confirm your order by email and arrange payment before your item ships. An order is not accepted until we send confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case no charge will apply.

4. Shipping

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Orders ship within 14 days (2 weeks) of order confirmation. We will provide tracking information by email once your order has shipped. RingFlip is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a package is in transit.

5. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingFlip LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
